Once the estimate is approved, we move into the planning and selections phase. This usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the scope of the remodel and the materials involved. During this stage, we help organize the details that shape the project, such as flooring, tile, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, finishes, and layout decisions. After planning is complete, we set the project in motion and move into construction.
Project timelines vary based on size and complexity. Bathroom remodels typically take 4 to 6 weeks. Larger home remodels often take about 12 to 16 weeks. If your project includes structural changes, additions, or broader interior and exterior work, timing may extend based on the final scope. We will walk you through the timeline clearly before work begins.

When you call Beach House Construction, we set a home visit within 3 to 5 days to review your space, goals, style, and budget. We measure carefully, talk through layout, finishes, and structural needs, and deliver a detailed estimate in about 7 days so you can make a confident decision.
Selections, Design & Build Planning
Once approved, we move into a 2 to 4 week planning phase where we finalize materials, fixtures, custom details, and job sequencing. This step helps us catch issues early, coordinate trades, and build a realistic timeline for your kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, whole-home renovation, or large addition.
Construction, Walkthrough & Warranty

"This was supposed to be a simple project to covert our wood-burning fireplace to an electric insert but turned into averting a potential disaster! Once the original insert was removed, we discovered our entire chimney was completely rotted. In addition, this was found the day before a hurricane was heading our way. Neither the customer or contractor ever likes bad news but were fortunate to have hired a knowledgeable, full-service contractor who was able to gather a crew to completely demo and rebuild the chimney and ensure it was safe to survive the storm. The fireplace came out beautiful and the chimney is restored but better than ever because they went above and beyond to resign and redirect the flow of water on our roof, ensuring there would be no future problems. They were also able to save or match our siding, saving money. Although no one likes a big, financially significant surprise, The owner, Paul did his best to explain the costs and negotiate as new issues arose.
