We started Beach House Construction in 2021, and our team brings 25 years of combined hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling. After we meet, review your property, and talk through your goals, we usually provide an estimate in about 7 days. Once approved, we move into the planning and selections phase, which generally takes 2 to 4 weeks before construction begins.
During planning, we help with decisions such as size, layout, finishes, railing styles, ceiling details, lighting, flooring surfaces, trim, and other features that shape the final look and function of the space. The goal is to make sure everything is thought through before we start building, which helps the job move more smoothly once construction begins.

We then provide a clear estimate in about 7 days, with honest guidance on scope, materials, and long-term value.
Design Planning & Selections
Once approved, we move into a 2–4 week planning phase to finalize layout, finishes, and key features like covered patios, outdoor kitchens, decking, railings, lighting, and custom details. Build, Walkthrough & Warranty

Neither the customer or contractor ever likes bad news but were fortunate to have hired a knowledgeable, full-service contractor who was able to gather a crew to completely demo and rebuild the chimney and ensure it was safe to survive the storm. The fireplace came out beautiful and the chimney is restored but better than ever because they went above and beyond to resign and redirect the flow of water on our roof, ensuring there would be no future problems. They were also able to save or match our siding, saving money. Although no one likes a big, financially significant surprise, The owner, Paul did his best to explain the costs and negotiate as new issues arose.
